Janet Bower, TSA trustee, is celebrating her 60th birthday by walking Morecambe Bay and would like 60 people to join her and raise money for the TSA.

It is a 6 mile walk led by an experienced guide with outrider guides to make sure people don’t stray off the route and a tractor to rescue anyone who is in difficulty. The walk is level, mainly across sand with water up to the calves! It is wonderful opportunity to see stunning scenery that cannot be seen from any other vantage point.

Meeting at 12.15 at the small pier on Arnside (at the checkpoint).

Parking is available at Kents Bank (large car park) and Arnside. There is a regular train service between Arnside and Kents Bank with connections from Preston, Lancaster and Carnforth.
